Words you often hear in a small business is, “I am working so hard”.
My response has always been, compared to who?
Here in lies the solution to change and growth. If you are continually looking at the person next to you or in front of you in the race, then the problem is you are in the same race.
Approaching a challenge requires the maturity, direction and fortitude to not compare yourself to those in the same race. Find measurement of success following someone else’s example, but create your own path.
Invest your time and energy to finding what works for you, commit and plan and initiate.
