To understand that things will change is to recognise that certain steps will need to be taken to adapt. Understanding the need, will help of what to change, be it process, habits or overall behaviour.
Once the need has been identified, the next step will be to create the process of the “want” to change. The “want” to change is the process of looking for the driving factors to change, to embrace the change and in most occasions to be grateful if it is a positive change.
Finally is the intent, without the intent, need too and want too become a fruitless endeavour, they become aspirations alone. Without intent, one must understand the fact that change will happen with or with out you, that life will move on.
