Convenience before quality.
Lets try and recollect the old normal, can it be renewed, is there value in the old normal? Do we even care about the old normal. The ânew normalâ is a by-product of progress, that the old normal created. We refer to the old normal when we donât get the value or result that is expected, because the ânew normalâ has created a process of ease of information.
Part of the new normal is speed over value, how soon can I get it, how much effort is needed to source something and will it be cheaper. Social media is gospel, and all on social media is true, therefore no research is needed.
The old normal requires effort, that does not suit us.
