As a father of two children under the age of 10, these are the most common words I ever hear. My kids, on the other hand hear “NO”, a lot.
As adults we were deprived of our imagination, and what we could achieve if we let our imagination run wild. Can more goals and dreams be accomplished if our imagination is nurtured with a dash of reality, or is “reality” a default setting that was created by social conditioning of hearing “no” from our parents and peers.
How many times a day do we think in bated breath, I wish I could …….
Then “social conditioning” kicks in, we call it “reality”. When in fact, it is fear or limiting beliefs.
Imagine if less fucks were given.
