Have you ever wondered why the question you have asked is not answered to your satisfaction, or the fact that the answer is ambiguous?
The sales team say, warranty for life. The small print says, as long as accompanied with the original receipt and warranty card. Really!! how many people keep both together for “life”?
Service guaranteed, Verified and vetted service provider. By who and vetted for what? But, that’s where the ambiguity lies, what does it actually mean or is it just a play on words to create a sense of security.
What is excluded in the commitment, the guarantee, the assurance?
Mostly, does it mean that the service is good or the customer is protected? Should be both.
Ambiguity, it is all in the wording.
